The Jr. System Admin is the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests, providing first-line support for ICBS staff issues. This individual will be responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.
List of Responsibilities :
Assist Help Desk customers with troubleshooting of computer-related issues
Maintain accurate records of completed and pending jobs using the JIRA ticketing system.
Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and deployment of user workstations.
Review system performance statistics; perform system modifications, patches, and adjustments.
Setting up Network-based AntiVirus solutions (Kaspersky)
Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows 7/ 8/10 operating systems, as well as desktop & laptop hardware
Network-based printers & copiers
A perfect fit has the following Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
1+ years of experience performing help desk and system administration in a corporate environment.
Strong working knowledge of operating systems
Competency of Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Able to prioritize workload
