شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Azki Seller, a dynamic insurance technology platform, we’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our team and help build reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend services.

We welcome experienced backend engineers from different programming backgrounds. While our current backend ecosystem is built on .NET, prior experience with .NET is not a requirement. What matters most is your strong software engineering foundation, backend development experience, and genuine interest in learning and transitioning to .NET.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of complex data models and database structures.
  • Optimize application performance through efficient coding and query optimization.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product team members, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Develop and maintain testing practices to ensure application functionality, reliability, and performance.
  • Stay up to date with backend development technologies and best practices, and apply them where appropriate.
  • Break down tasks into manageable units, estimate effort, and contribute to effective project planning and timely delivery.
  • Work in a Linux environment to support application deployment and operation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in backend development, using any programming language or technology stack.
  • Strong understanding of core software engineering principles and backend development concepts.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Good understanding of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working in a Linux environment.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and development.
  • Awareness of application security best practices.
  • Familiarity with software testing principles and methodologies.
  • A strong willingness to learn .NET and transition to our .NET-based backend ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with C# or .NET.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK).
  • Experience with RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with Redis.
