We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Contract & Compliance Specialist to take ownership of complex contractual matters and provide trusted legal guidance across the organization.

In this role, you will independently draft, review, negotiate, and structure a wide range of commercial agreements, assess contractual and regulatory risks, and advise business teams on practical legal solutions. You will also contribute to developing contractual frameworks for new products and business initiatives, improving internal legal standards, and ensuring that contractual arrangements remain aligned with regulatory requirements and the company’s risk appetite.

Responsibilities:

Independently draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of commercial agreements, including cooperation agreements, service contracts, NDAs, SLAs, contractor agreements, partnership agreements, and other specialized legal documents.
Lead complex contract negotiations with counterparties and advise internal stakeholders on key legal, commercial, and risk considerations.
Design and recommend appropriate contractual structures and templates for new products, partnerships, and business models.
Identify, assess, and communicate contractual and legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
Provide clear and business-oriented legal advice to cross-functional teams on contractual, regulatory, and compliance-related matters.
Monitor and interpret regulatory developments relevant to FinTech, crypto assets, e-commerce, financial services, data protection, and related areas.
Support new business initiatives by translating operational and regulatory requirements into appropriate contractual arrangements.
Review complex contractual clauses, obligations, liabilities, and risk allocation mechanisms and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of legal policies, contracting standards, templates, playbooks, and internal procedures.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Business Development, and other teams to support informed business decisions.
Manage multiple complex contracts and legal matters simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial hands-on experience in commercial contracts and legal advisory.
Proven ability to independently draft, review, negotiate, and finalize complex commercial agreements.
Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to online businesses and financial or FinTech activities, including e-commerce regulations, Central Bank requirements, crypto-related regulations, and intellectual property laws.
Strong understanding of contractual risk allocation, liability, indemnity, termination, confidentiality, service levels, and other key commercial provisions.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex discussions with external counterparties and senior internal stakeholders.
Ability to provide practical, commercially sound legal advice rather than purely theoretical legal analysis.
Strong analytical judgment and the ability to identify material legal and contractual risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Experience supporting new products, partnerships, or business initiatives from a contractual and regulatory perspective.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, strong documentation standards, and a high level of ownership and accountability.
Experience in FinTech, financial services, crypto, technology companies, or other regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
