شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Summary

Own and scale Portal.ir’s paid acquisition with direct accountability for CAC, conversion, customer volume, and revenue. The role is primarily focused on Google Ads, Yektanet, performance optimization, attribution, and acquisition growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own Google Ads and paid acquisition strategy like Yektanet.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets.
Improve CAC, lead quality, conversion rate, and revenue efficiency.
Analyze the full funnel from spend to customer and revenue.
Run landing-page, audience, offer, and campaign experiments.
Improve tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Growth, and creative teams.
Identify and test new scalable paid acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

Strong hands-on Google Ads experience.
Proven ownership of meaningful performance marketing budgets.
Strong understanding of CAC, attribution, funnel analysis, and conversion optimization.
Analytical and commercially minded.
Experience with GA4, GTM, reporting/BI tools, and A/B testing is preferred.
SaaS, e-commerce, or lead-generation experience is a plus.
