شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Productic Studio, we’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of complex product problems in the financial markets space. We’re looking for someone who can understand both the product and the systems behind it, turn technical complexity into clear product decisions, and work deeply with Engineering without losing sight of users, business outcomes, and product quality.

The Work You’ll Shape

  • Own technically complex product areas from problem definition and requirements through architecture discussions, delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, system behaviours, data flows, APIs, edge cases, and implementation decisions.
  • Work closely with Engineering to evaluate technical approaches, dependencies, trade-offs, scalability, reliability, and delivery risk.
  • Break complex systems and initiatives into clear, executable product increments without losing the broader product architecture.
  • Define success metrics, instrumentation, and data requirements, and use product and system data to guide decisions.
  • Coordinate decisions across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and external integrations where technical dependencies shape the experience.
  • Identify technical constraints, platform opportunities, and architectural decisions that can improve product speed, quality, and long-term scalability.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including meaningful ownership of technically complex digital products.
  • Strong technical fluency across APIs, databases, data models, integrations, system architecture, authentication, permissions, and backend-driven product behaviour.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Engineers at implementation depth while translating technical constraints into clear product and business decisions.
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand how product experiences, services, data, infrastructure, and operational processes connect.
  • Experience writing high-quality product requirements that cover behaviours, states, edge cases, dependencies, and acceptance criteria without over-specifying implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product data, event tracking, funnels, system metrics, and technical diagnostics.
  • Strong product judgement and the ability to balance user experience, business value, engineering complexity, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Ability to decompose large technical initiatives into sensible milestones, dependencies, and releases.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and enough engineering depth to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and participate meaningfully in architecture discussions.
  • High ownership and clear communication, especially when multiple teams or systems are involved.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI and modern AI product architecture, including LLM capabilities, limitations, APIs, evaluation, and AI-assisted product workflows.

What Gives You an Edge

  • Direct experience building technically complex products in Financial Markets, Trading, Investing, Crypto, or adjacent financial domains.
  • Previous Engineering, Product Engineering, or Founder experience, especially in data-heavy, AI-native, or infrastructure-heavy products.

Application Requirement

We want to understand the product problem, technical context, system constraints, architecture or integration decisions, trade-offs you made, how you worked with Engineering, what shipped, and the measurable outcome. Your individual contribution should be clearly distinguishable from the wider team. Applications without a detailed real-world product case study will not move forward.
