At Productic Studio, we’re looking for an exceptional Product Lead to take ownership of a product in the financial markets space. We’re looking for someone who can identify the right problems, build conviction from imperfect information, make difficult trade-offs, and turn strong product thinking into measurable outcomes. You should be equally comfortable with strategy and execution, moving between users, data, business context, Design, and Engineering to make better product decisions.

The Work You’ll Shape

Own product direction by translating user needs, market dynamics, business goals, and product evidence into clear priorities and roadmap decisions.
Lead discovery from problem framing and research through opportunity sizing, validation, and product definition.
Make deliberate trade-offs across impact, effort, risk, speed, and strategic value, including knowing what not to build.
Work closely with Design and Engineering to shape solutions, define scope, sequence releases, and maintain a high product quality bar.
Define success metrics, analyze product behaviour across funnels, cohorts, retention, and conversion, and turn those insights into decisions.
Drive initiatives through the full product loop: discovery, decision, build, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Connect product decisions to business outcomes, including growth, monetization, pricing, unit economics, and long-term value.

What You Bring

6+ years of Product Management experience with meaningful ownership of products or major product areas from strategy through measurable outcomes.
Exceptional product judgement and the ability to identify high-value problems in complex or ambiguous environments.
Strong command of product strategy, discovery, prioritization, opportunity sizing, experimentation, and roadmap design.
Deep analytical thinking, with a strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, activation, retention, conversion, segmentation, and behavioural data.
Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to combine qualitative research, quantitative evidence, market intelligence, and product intuition.
Strong product craft, with the ability to reason about user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, edge cases, and overall experience quality.
Technical fluency strong enough to collaborate deeply with Engineering on APIs, data models, architecture constraints, integrations, feasibility, and implementation trade-offs.
Strong commercial thinking, with a clear understanding of business models, monetization, pricing, unit economics, and how product decisions create business value.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn complex thinking into clear decisions, strategies, and product requirements.
High ownership and speed, with the ability to operate independently and make sound decisions without perfect information.
Strong working knowledge of AI and the ability to use it effectively across research, analysis, discovery, prototyping, and product workflows.

What Gives You an Edge

Direct hands-on experience building products in Financial Markets, Trading, Investing, Crypto, or adjacent financial domains.
Founder or early product leadership experience, especially building AI-native or highly autonomous products from 0→1.

We want to see the actual product context, the problem, the data and evidence you used, the decisions and trade-offs you made, what you shipped, and the measurable outcome. Your contribution should be clearly distinguishable from the wider team. Applications without a detailed real-world product case study will not move forward.
