Job Description Summary

Kebrin, a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to manage its presence across Instagram, X, and Telegram — from strategy to daily posting.

This is a senior individual-contributor role: you design the social media strategy and also handle the daily work of writing, posting, and engaging with the community. Video and banners are produced by the design team, based on your briefs.

Responsibilities

Manage Kebrin's presence across Instagram, X, and Telegram.
Design the social media strategy and brand voice.
Build and manage the content calendar around user needs.
Copywriting and persuasive writing to increase user engagement.
Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.
Manage and analyze social media data to improve KPIs.
Follow key social media trends and turn them into content.
Brief the design team on video and banner needs.
Act as Kebrin's voice in comments and DMs.

Requirements

3+ years managing social media for a brand.
Experience in both social media strategy and daily execution.
A track record of growing engagement and community on Instagram, X, and/or Telegram.
Strong copywriting and persuasive-writing skills.
Comfortable analyzing social media data.
Ability to write scripts and ideas for visual content.
A storytelling approach in user interactions.
Familiarity with digital marketing and branding.
Experience in crypto, fintech, or another fast-moving digital brand is a plus.
