شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for a Senior C&B Specialist to support and execute DotOne’s compensation, benefits, payroll-related processes, and HR operations. This role will contribute to building accurate, scalable, and data-driven C&B processes while ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and job levels.
Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Support annual salary review, bonus, and reward cycles.
Manage employee benefits and related operational processes.
Coordinate payroll-related activities, salary adjustments, advances, and final settlements.
Maintain accurate compensation data, employee records, and HR documentation.
Support job grading and leveling initiatives.
Develop and improve C&B policies, processes, and workflows.
Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and payroll processes.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
High attention to detail and strong process ownership.
Experience in developing and improving HR processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a fast-growing or startup environment is a plus.
