Foreign Trade Assistant

Shimico is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Foreign Trade Assistant to join its International Business Development team.

As a specialized online platform for the domestic and international trading of chemical raw materials, Shimico connects buyers and suppliers and facilitates reliable, efficient, and professional transactions in local and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the company’s international trade and export activities
Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from international customers
Preparing and managing business correspondence, commercial offers, and related documents in English
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with international clients and business partners
Following up on export opportunities and supporting the sales process
Recording, updating, and managing customer information in the CRM system
Coordinating and following up on international trade-related processes
Conducting relevant market research and assisting in the identification of new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

Strong interest in international trade and export business
Excellent command of English, particularly in business conversations and commercial correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with international customers
Ability to proactively follow up on export inquiries and build long-term relationships with foreign clients
Familiarity with Incoterms® 2010 and Incoterms® 2020
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in foreign trade, export sales, international business, or a related field is an advantage

Working Conditions

Location: Fatemi, Tehran

Working Hours:

Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
