شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Delino, we are looking for a Technical Installation & Deployment Specialist to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, deploying, and troubleshooting our customers’ ordering systems and ensuring a smooth and successful go-live experience.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, deploy, and update customers’ ordering software both on-site and remotely
Set up and deploy systems for new customers and perform the required configurations
Check the connectivity between customers’ Server / Client systems and Delino platforms
Troubleshoot software and system-related issues
Troubleshoot database connectivity and run basic queries using SQL Server
Manage database backups and Windows Services
Identify, document, and report bugs and technical issues to the Product / Technical teams
Collaborate with Account, Technical, and Product teams to ensure a successful customer journey from Installation to Go-Live

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of Windows and Windows Server
Familiarity with SQL Server and databases
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
Ability to work with Command Prompt
Familiarity with remote support tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer
Familiarity with Hosting, Domain, and REST API concepts
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify and report technical issues accurately
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
