شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Title: QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured QA Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to help ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our software products throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, write, and execute test cases for new features and existing product flows
Perform manual testing, including functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and exploratory testing
Review product requirements and documentation to identify ambiguities, risks, and missing scenarios
Report, track, and document bugs using task management tools such as Jira
Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Test product releases before deployment and provide release readiness feedback
Evaluate user journeys from a quality and usability perspective
Support the improvement of testing processes, documentation, and QA workflows
Reproduce bugs reported by users, support teams, or internal stakeholders
Verify bug fixes and perform retesting after development updates

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role
Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and bug lifecycle
Experience working with bug tracking and task management tools such as Jira
Ability to write clear test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
Basic knowledge of databases and ability to run simple SQL queries
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and product teams
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
Ability to prioritize bugs based on severity, impact, and urgency

Nice to Have

Experience testing financial, investment, payment, or data-sensitive products
Experience with mobile and web application testing
Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Basic understanding of performance testing and security testing
Experience with monitoring, logging, or error reporting tools
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
