Job Title: AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Python)
We are currently seeking motivated and high-potential professionals for AI and Machine Learning Engineering roles. Experience Requirement

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python Development, or related roles.

Required AI / Machine Learning Skills

Strong Python programming skills
Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models
Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Experience with AI and Machine Learning frameworks
Experience building, testing, and optimizing ML models
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
Model performance tuning and optimization
Data analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience integrating AI solutions into production environments
Understanding of software development best practices
Documentation of models, workflows, and technical processes

Preferred Technical Qualifications

Experience with Python libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar technologies
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG systems, or related technologies
Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, and backend systems
Experience building AI-powered applications and automation solutions
Experience working with international teams
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience in production-level AI or Machine Learning projects
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Relevant AI, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud, or Data Science certifications (a plus, not mandatory)
