Wallex is a FinTech company providing a secure cryptocurrency exchange platform and digital asset payment solutions.
With a vision to become a leading global FinTech enterprise, Wallex is recognized as one of the largest cryptocurrency exchange platforms in Iran, enabling the online trading of more than 130 cryptocurrencies.
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies that strengthen Wallex’s brand presence, increase audience engagement, and support business growth across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Manage, monitor, and optimize Wallex’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Analyze the performance of social media activities, campaigns, and content, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Create and coordinate engaging, audience-focused content in collaboration with Content, Design, and Marketing teams.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, and proactively apply new opportunities and strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community through effective communication and engagement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between social media initiatives and broader marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, social media management, or related digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, content strategies, and engagement techniques.
Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
Proven ability to develop and execute creative content and campaign strategies.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance accordingly.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
