شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled F5 BIG-IP Engineer to join our infrastructure team for a critical project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting of F5 application delivery controllers. You will ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of our services.

Technical Requirements:

Core F5 Skills (Mandatory):

Expertise in F5 BIG-IP LTM (Local Traffic Manager): Deep understanding of Virtual Servers, Pools, Nodes, Health Monitors, and Profiles (TCP, HTTP, OneConnect).
SSL/TLS Management: Proven experience in SSL Offloading, Bridging, and Certificate Management.
Persistence & Steering: Advanced knowledge of Cookie persistence, Source IP, and iRules.
High Availability (HA): Proficiency in configuring Device Service Clustering (DSC), Config-Sync, Failover, and Floating IPs.
F5 Architecture: Experience with Full Proxy architecture, SNAT/Automap, and Route Domains.

Network & Routing (Highly Valued):

Dynamic Routing (BGP/OSPF): Solid understanding of BGP for Route Health Injection (RHI), Anycast implementations, and upstream peering.
L2/L3 Networking: Strong knowledge of VLANs, Trunking (LACP), Static Routing, and TCP/IP stack.
DNS & GTM: Experience with F5 BIG-IP DNS (GTM) for global load balancing is a significant plus.

Security & Troubleshooting:

F5 ASM/WAF: Experience in configuring security policies and mitigating OWASP Top 10 risks.
Troubleshooting Tools: Expert level using tcpdump, wireshark, and F5 CLI (bash, tmsh) for deep packet analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy F5 BIG-IP solutions tailored to project requirements.
Optimize traffic flow and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical applications.
Manage and automate F5 configurations using iRules or API (iControl).
Perform firmware upgrades and hotfix installations.
Collaborate with Network and Security teams to integrate F5 into the core infrastructure.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of the F5 environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Network/Infrastructure with at least 3 years focused on F5 BIG-IP.
Certifications: F5-CTS (LTM/ASM) or F5-CSE is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in production environments.
Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
