شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems, tackle complex Blockchain engineering challenges, and influence the technical direction of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with Product managers, and deliver solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and innovative. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy solving real-world technical problems, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability
Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve engineering practices
Collaborate with engineers, QA, and Product Managers to design, build, and improve system capabilities
Clearly communicate technical solutions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solve complex engineering challenges related to scalability, data processing, and system integration

Qualifications:

Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture, Microservices, and object-oriented design principles, with the ability to explain and apply them effectively
2+ years of progressive software development experience with a strong focus on Rust
Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and make pragmatic engineering decisions
