About the Behsa :
Behparaz Hamrah Samaneh Aval, a subsidiary of Hamrah Aval, is a leader in the field of IT and digital solutions. We are looking to hire motivated, creative, and skilled individuals to join our team and contribute to innovative projects that shape the digital future.
Job Description:

Design and develop Back-end services using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3
Design and develop scalable and maintainable Microservices
Implement orchestration and event-driven flows
Work with RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing and queue management
Use Redis for cache, session management, Pub/Sub, and distributed locking
Design and optimize database structures (Oracle / PostgreSQL / etc.)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with the DevOps team
Develop secure services and manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault
Write Unit Tests and Integration Tests and use TestContainers
Perform Code Reviews and contribute to improving code quality
Participate in architectural design and propose technical solutions
Analyze production issues and resolve complex system errors

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Java 11+ (preferably Java 17) and core backend concepts
Knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and clean code practices
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC/WebFlux, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud
Solid experience in Microservices, API design, Event-driven Architecture, Observability, and Resilience patterns
Experience with RabbitMQ and Redis
Strong database knowledge including SQL, ORM, and performance tuning (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with security standards (JWT, OAuth2, Vault, OWASP)
Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube)
Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks
Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication skills, and Agile mindset
