We are looking for a Network & Help Desk Specialist to join our IT team and support both our users and internal network infrastructure.

What we are looking for

• Responsible and reliable

• Patient and professional when supporting users

• Well-organized, detail-oriented and follow-up driven

• Interested in learning and growing in the IT and networking field

• Able to work well as part of a team

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Good knowledge of end-user support (Windows OS, printers, internal network, etc.)

• Basic and practical knowledge of networking concepts

(LAN, IP addressing, network sharing, network devices)

• Ability to troubleshoot common system and network issues

• Experience in installing and supporting organizational software

• Strong follow-up and documentation skills for support tickets and requests

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and resolving user support requests (Help Desk)

• Troubleshooting and fixing issues related to systems, internal network and user equipment

• Installing and supporting company software and applications

• Assisting in monitoring and maintaining network and IT infrastructure

• Documenting issues, solutions and support activities

• Supporting the IT team in daily technical tasks and infrastructure projects

Working Hours & Location

Saturday to Wednesday: 8:00–17:15 | Thursday off
