Netbar, a pioneer in smart road transportation solutions, is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help evolve our core products. If you possess an analytical mindset, are data-literate, and have a knack for transforming the complexities of logistics into seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable user experiences, there’s a seat at the table for you.

Responsibilities

Design UI/UX for mobile applications and web panels with a strong focus on data-driven methodologies.
Push the boundaries of UI/UX and visual design by experimenting with innovative ideas and creative solutions.
Contribute to creative strategy and high-level vision—focusing not just on "how it looks," but "what we should build."
Actively participate in the problem discovery process through user interviews and behavioral analysis.
Leverage analytical tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar) to extract design insights and ensure continuous product optimization.
Create interactive wireframes and prototypes in Figma and manage the developer handoff process with high precision.
Develop and maintain Netbar’s dedicated Design System across iOS and Android platforms.
Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate and refine design decisions.
Influence product specifications and execute design tasks with an exceptional level of polish and attention to detail.

Requirements & Skills

3+ years of proven experience in Product Design (UI/UX).
Strong information design skills with a solid foundation in UX heuristics.
Exceptional graphic design skills (layout, typography, and color theory).
Mastery of industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
Ability to produce pixel-perfect final assets and outputs.
Extraordinary focus on the finer details of the user interface.
Ability to thrive in an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team environment.
Proven user research skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions based on both user needs and business goals.
