About the Role

At Netbox, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and develop key products within the Netbox ecosystem.

This role may focus on one of our core domains, including Store, Payment, or Launcher, and is responsible for guiding products from problem definition to delivering tangible business impact and meaningful user experiences.

This position is product-first by nature; however, having technical understanding and experience working closely with engineering teams is considered a strong advantage and can lead to more effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own Payment and Store products end-to-end, from problem definition to outcome evaluation
  • Define and evolve product roadmaps and priorities with a focus on business impact and user experience
  • Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Make informed decisions on scope and product trade-offs while considering time, resources, and technical realities
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and other stakeholders to select and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Ensure alignment between product goals and execution across teams
  • Monitor product performance after launch and drive continuous improvements based on data and feedback

Requirements (Must-have)


Product Experience


  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management roles
  • Proven experience owning products end-to-end and making roadmap decisions
  • Strong ability to prioritize, make decisions, and manage trade-offs in ambiguous environments
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders

Communication Skills


  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external engineering teams
  • Clear and structured documentation skills
  • Ability to work closely with engineers without micromanagement

Nice-to-have


  • Backend development experience (at least 1 year) OR solid technical understanding with experience working with product services and APIs
  • Experience in Payment, Fintech, or Credit-related products
  • Experience working on platform products or app stores
  • Familiarity with the Android or Android TV ecosystem
  • Experience working in startup or scaling environments

This role is not a good fit if you:


  • Primarily focus on execution or coding rather than product decision-making
  • Avoid accountability for product outcomes
  • Jump to solutions before fully understanding the problem
  • Prefer hands-on implementation over product decision-making
