Pump is an entertainment company building engaging gaming- experiences. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong understanding of player behavior and data-driven product development to shape and scale our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous optimization
- Identify, define, and prioritize product problems based on gameplay data and player interactions
- Design and improve player experiences across core gameplay, onboarding, progression, and reward systems
- Own and optimize core gaming KPIs including retention, session frequency, session length, churn, and LTV
- Translate insights into data-driven product decisions and scalable solutions
- Balance player satisfaction, business goals, and technical constraints
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and growth teams
- Define OKRs, write PRDs, and own product roadmaps
Requirements
- Strong understanding of player behavior, engagement loops, and progression systems
- Solid knowledge of gaming KPIs and gamification mechanics (incentives, achievements, leaderboards)
- Solution-oriented mindset beyond feature delivery
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
