شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Wallex, we are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to support user-centered product development through qualitative and quantitative research. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and cross-functional teams to uncover user needs, generate actionable insights, and help improve the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product managers and product designers to define research objectives and priorities
  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using appropriate methodologies
  • Develop and apply research tools and frameworks such as surveys, personas, journey mapping, and usability studies
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize user feedback across multiple channels and platforms
  • Extract behavioral insights from analytics and web instrumentation tools
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design teams
  • Identify and raise risks or friction points across the user journey
  • Document and present research insights and findings in a clear and structured manner to stakeholders
Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in UX Research or UX Design-related roles
 • Ability to clearly communicate research insights through written and verbal presentations
 • Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable managing research end-to-end
 • Experience planning, conducting, and evaluating user research activities
 • Familiarity with remote usability testing tools
 • Ability to formulate clear, practical, and researchable questions
 • Strong problem-solving mindset with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
 • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to product decision-making
 • Strong time-management and organizational skills
