We are seeking an experienced and highly-driven Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in defining, shaping, and delivering exceptional products that resonate with our users. While familiarity with financial markets is advantageous, we encourage talented professionals from diverse product backgrounds to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

• Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap clearly to all stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics to deliver high-quality products.

• Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

• Define clear KPIs, measure success, and continuously iterate based on feedback and analytics.

• Prioritize product backlog effectively, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management roles, ideally in tech-driven or fast-paced environments.

• Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience working collaboratively within agile teams.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity or prior experience in financial markets, fintech, or trading platforms.
