Head of Missions & Sponsorship The Head of Missions & Sponsorship is responsible for monetizing Pump’s mission system by selling mission-based campaigns to online and offline businesses, as well as securing sponsorships for Pump’s shows and content productions. This role focuses on driving revenue, building long-term commercial partnerships, and identifying new monetization opportunities.Responsibilities
Design, package and commercialize mission-based campaigns for brands and businesses
Identify and approach potential partners (online and offline businesses)
Sell Pump missions to brands as a marketing, engagement and acquisition tool
Secure sponsorships for Pump shows, programs and media content
Lead negotiations and close commercial contracts
Develop and manage long-term partnerships with sponsors and business partners
Define pricing strategy for missions and sponsorship packages
Drive revenue generation and ensure collection of payments
Identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities in the Pump ecosystem
Collaborate closely with Product, Content, Growth and Marketing teams
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor strategies
Build and manage a strong network of brands, agencies and potential partners
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly revenue from missions & sponsorships
Number of mission campaigns sold
Number of sponsorship deals closed
Revenue growth rate
Number of active business partners
Conversion rate from lead to deal
Average deal size
Partner retention and renewal rate
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships or Sponsorship
Proven track record in B2B sales or sponsorship acquisition
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience working with brands, agencies or digital platforms is a plus
Familiar with startup, app-based and digital media ecosystems
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of revenue targets
Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
Result-oriented mindset with high energy and accountability
Experience in gamification, media, or digital advertising is a plus
