At Wallex, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to build strong relationships with our app users and vendor partners. In this role, you will ensure a smooth customer experience, resolve issues through consistent follow-ups, and identify pain points to help improve satisfaction across the customer and vendor journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors, ensuring professional, supportive, and solution-oriented interactions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues, follow up on pending cases, and provide complete support
• Engage with users and vendors to understand needs and identify friction points across their journey
• Conduct and analyze customer experience surveys (NPS, CSAT, CES) to extract behavioral insights
• Review customer feedback from multiple channels (app, phone, social media, etc.) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to implement customer-centric improvements
• Track, analyze, and report key Customer Success metrics and trends
• Support user acquisition and onboarding by improving related flows and touchpoints
• Provide clear and persuasive guidance when explaining processes or resolving concerns
• Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with vendors collaborating with Wallex

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Market Research
• Strong communication skills with patience, empathy, and the ability to persuade when needed
• Demonstrated consistency in follow-ups and driving cases to resolution
• Ability to produce clear, insightful reports based on customer data and research
• Familiarity with financial products, credit services, or BNPL platforms is a strong advantage
• Experience working with both end-users and business partners
• Prior experience in a startup or fintech environment is a plus
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills
