شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for an experienced Product Lead to own and drive the product strategy of our wholesale eCommerce platform. In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional product group of Product Managers, Product Designers, and QA Specialists, ensuring we deliver valuable, usable, and reliable solutions for our B2B customers.

You’ll be responsible for turning business goals into a clear product vision and roadmap, coaching your team, and aligning stakeholders across Tech, Sales, Operations, and Leadership.

What You’ll Do

Product leadership & strategy

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our wholesale eCommerce platform.
  • Translate business objectives into prioritized product roadmaps, balancing short-term wins with long-term bets.
  • Work closely with leadership (e.g., CPO, CTO, COO, Sales leaders) to align on goals, KPIs, and investment areas.
Team management & coaching

  • Directly manage and mentor Product Managers, Product Designers, and QA Specialists.
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and growth paths for each team member.
  • Encourage strong collaboration between PM, Design, and QA so that discovery, delivery, and quality go hand in hand.
  • Foster a culture of customer focus, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Execution & delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery → definition → delivery → iteration.
  • Ensure your teams maintain high-quality requirements, UX flows, and test coverage for every release.
  • Drive data-informed decision making by using analytics, user feedback, and experimentation.
  • Monitor product performance and operational metrics, and adjust priorities as needed.
Stakeholder management

  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Support to deeply understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to plan capacity, manage trade-offs, and ensure realistic delivery timelines.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We’re Looking For

Must-have experience

  • 7+ years of experience in product roles, including 2–3+ years in a leadership/people management role.
  • Proven track record owning a B2B or eCommerce product.
  • Experience managing product teams that include at least two of the following:

    • Product Managers
    • Product Designers / UX
    • QA / Quality teams

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end product development: discovery, UX, technical constraints, testing, and release.
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics to inform decisions (conversion, retention, AOV, funnel metrics, etc.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to say “no” with context and empathy.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have

  • Experience in wholesale, distribution, or B2B order management (complex pricing, customer groups, credit limits).
  • Background working with integrations (ERP, WMS, payment providers, marketplaces).
  • Experience implementing or evolving product discovery practices (user interviews, JTBD, prototypes, experiments).
  • Familiarity with UX research and design systems, and how they impact product velocity and consistency.
