We believe great design is built on shared knowledge, continuous learning, and insights drawn from real data — and we’re looking for a Senior or Lead Product Designer to join us on that mission.

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in transforming complex financial interactions into seamless, elegant, and trustworthy digital experiences. You’ll combine creative vision with analytical thinking, leading product design strategy and helping define the future of how users connect with crypto.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Product Design Direction: Define and evolve the design vision across all product surfaces, aligning business strategy with user experience.
• Research & Discovery: Conduct in-depth user research, map journeys, and uncover behavioral patterns that inform meaningful product improvements.
• Data-Driven Design: Gather and interpret product metrics and behavioral data through analytical dashboards to validate assumptions and enhance UX quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to craft design solutions that are both innovative and practical.
• System Thinking: Develop scalable design systems and frameworks that ensure consistency, efficiency, and clarity across all products.
• Mentorship & Culture: Lead by example — guide designers, nurture creativity, and foster a collaborative environment of growth and shared learning.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven background in end-to-end product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions and measurable impact.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to connect design outcomes to broader business objectives and market trends.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability in using data interpretation and behavioral analysis to support design decisions.
• Leadership: Experience leading design initiatives or teams, with a mindset focused on mentorship, process improvement, and design excellence.
• Communication: Confident communicator who can align diverse teams around a unified design direction.
• Mindset: Empathetic, curious, and adaptable — driven by a passion for solving complex problems and creating meaningful user experiences.
