About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer who’s passionate about building reliable, high-performance backend systems.
You’ll work on designing and maintaining scalable web services, developing APIs, and ensuring smooth communication across microservices.
If you have strong experience with PHP (Laravel), and some hands-on knowledge of Golang, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP (Laravel).
- Collaborate on building microservice-based architectures that are maintainable and easy to extend.
- Write efficient database queries, optimize performance, and design schemas in MySQL.
- Use Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Work with message queues (e.g., NATS, RabbitMQ, or Redis Pub/Sub) to handle asynchronous workloads.
- Identify and simplify complex problems with clean, practical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions that improve team standards.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong command of PHP and Laravel.
- Familiarity with Golang is a strong advantage.
- Experience designing and working with microservice architectures.
- Familiar with MySQL and Database design (query optimization, indexing, schema design).
- Experience with Redis for caching or session management.
- Comfortable with Git, Docker and containerized workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and simplification skills. able to break down complex systems into clean solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating within technical teams.
