Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to both on-site and remote employees to promptly resolve software and hardware issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to computer systems, network devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems, along with the necessary software.
Prepare, document, and maintain IT equipment for user allocation.
Design and implement organizational workflows in Jira Software.
Follow information security standards when accessing user systems.
Assess hardware and software requirements, request quotations, and track the procurement process.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Strong command of ICDL skills.
Familiarity with networking concepts at the CompTIA Network+ level (knowledge of MikroTik is a plus).
Familiarity with Microsoft services at the MCSA level.
Familiarity with Linux services and commands at the LPIC-1 level.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a responsible and patient approach.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Help Desk or IT support field.
