About Us
Rebellis is one of NegativeFive’s portfolio startups, building real-time text-to-motion generative AI for games. We’re a fast-moving team transforming natural language into editable humanoid animations that work seamlessly across all major platforms.

Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Animator with strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to join our design and technical team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for animating and rigging characters and objects in Blender and Unity, refining motion systems, and ensuring our animations meet top-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Animate characters and objects within Blender.
Rig characters and set up smooth, responsive motion systems.
Refine and polish animations to align with gameplay design and visual direction.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to optimize animation workflows.
Prepare and render final outputs.
Ensure animation consistency with the project’s style and mechanics.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Blender for animation and rigging.
Familiarity with animation pipelines, lighting, shading, and retargeting.
Proven experience in character animation (portfolio required).
Ability to iterate and refine based on feedback and project needs.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork.
Passion for game development and AI-driven creative tools.

Collaboration Terms

Initial trial phase of two sprints.
Upon successful completion, the opportunity for long-term collaboration and professional growth.
