Job Description:
We're seeking a creative, data-driven Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and execute impactful strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and excels at driving engagement, content performance, and alignment with broader marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies based on user behavior, trends, and competitor analysis.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other key platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, campaign) to align social initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
Produce or oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand content (text, images, video, stories).
Plan, schedule, post, edit, and optimize contents of all earned, owned and paid social channels
Monitor audience interactions, respond to messages and comments, and manage community engagement.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using relevant tools.
Identify and apply emerging trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
Lead influencer marketing collaborations and social media campaigns.
Contribute to campaign ideation and storytelling across earned, owned, and paid social channels.
Recommend improvements to workflows, engagement tactics, and platform-specific strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum two of hands-on experience in a Senior Social Media Marketing role with a proven track record of success
Proficient in key social platforms and video platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Aparat etc.
Deep understanding of social media algorithms, features, and best practices
Skilled in analyzing trends, platform insights, and competitor activity to optimize strategy
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Proficiency in English language (written and comprehension)
Experience in the Lendtech or FinTech industry is a strong plus
