شرح موقعیت شغلی

A Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy of our crypto exchange platform. This individual will lead all digital marketing efforts, including brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention campaigns across multiple channels. Beyond daily execution, the Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, design, and technical teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with business goals and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive platform growth and engagement.
Oversee and grow the company’s online presence across key platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and coordinate content creation for blogs, newsletters, and community updates, ensuring alignment with SEO and brand tone.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks to optimize ROI.
Analyze and improve website and app visibility through SEO/SEM, Google Search Console, and performance analytics.
Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, organic growth) and generate regular performance reports.
Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion funnels.
Coordinate influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and online community engagement.
Stay updated on crypto marketing trends, compliance policies, and evolving audience behaviors within the industry.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or online trading environments.
Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaign management.
Proven experience managing Telegram and Twitter/X communities in the crypto or blockchain ecosystem.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Excellent command of English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, exchange user behavior, and community dynamics.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, or DeFi platforms.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
Understanding of UI/UX and conversion optimization principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress for managing web content and SEO improvements.
Experience running influencer and affiliate programs in the crypto or fintech space.
