شرح موقعیت شغلی

Tahagasht Travel Agency, a leading company in the tourism and travel industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Lead to join its team in order to develop and enhance its online sales systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical development team of the online sales platform
Identify team challenges and provide effective solutions
Build strong communication between team members and external contractors
Design and propose innovative technical solutions to improve software quality and performance
Manage the process of software development, maintenance, and upgrades with a focus on quality and scalability
Continuously monitor project progress to ensure goals and timelines are met
Organize regular meetings with the team and contractors to review progress and resolve issues
Analyze software strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements to management

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of web-based software architecture, especially Microservices
Proficiency in Java programming language
Hands-on experience with ORMs, particularly Hibernate
Familiarity with Spring Framework (considered a plus)
Strong knowledge of databases (experience with Oracle is a plus)
Familiarity with web services and APIs (SOAP and REST)
Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectures
Familiarity with ticketing and tour booking processes in the travel industry (considered a plus)
