Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic product development team. As a Scrum Master at AIMedic, you will be a pivotal leader in our Agile transformation, responsible for guiding and coaching our engineering teams to operate at their full potential. You will champion the Scrum framework, facilitate agile processes, and work to remove impediments, ensuring our teams can efficiently deliver high-quality, impactful products.

What You'll Do:

●     Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and stay within their timebox.

●     Coach and Guide Teams: Mentor teams on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices, fostering a culture of self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.

●     Remove Impediments: Proactively identify, track, and help eliminate obstacles that hinder the development team's progress.

●     Support the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner with backlog management, ensuring the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for the team.

●     Promote Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and transparent environment between the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders.

●     Track and Report Progress: Utilize tools like Jira to track team velocity, sprint progress, and other key metrics, providing visibility and insightful reports to stakeholders.

●     Drive Process Improvement: Guide the team in continuously improving their processes and practices to increase efficiency, predictability, and product quality.

What We're Looking For:

●     Proven Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team.

●     Agile Expertise: A deep understanding of the Agile Manifesto and the Scrum Guide. 

●     Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of agile project management tools, particularly Jira.

●     Servant Leadership: A genuine passion for servant leadership and the ability to earn the team's respect and trust.

●     Exceptional Facilitator: Excellent skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.

●     Strong Communicator: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

●     Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern software development practices and the lifecycle of developing and deploying backend services, APIs, and databases. Experience in an AI or machine learning environment is a significant plus.
