We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our innovative team working fully remotely. You will be a key player in developing and maintaining modern microservices-based applications in a dynamic, cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop software following Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles within a modern microservices architecture using Java.
Build and maintain functional services and components (BLOXX) in the product team.
Customize and extend product modules in close collaboration with customers as part of the Professional Services team.
Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven services using technologies like Swagger/OpenAPI, JAX-RS, and Kafka.
Work with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud, leveraging GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes for continuous integration and deployment.
Collaborate closely in an agile, interdisciplinary team with short iteration cycles, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Java programming, including asynchronous programming.
Proven experience designing RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of microservices architectures.
Experience with Git, Maven, and JUnit.
Agile mindset, excellent team player, and self-motivated.
Fluent English (both written and spoken) — this is the project language.
Ability to work efficiently in a fully remote setup

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with JPA/Hibernate.
Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud
