About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our remote development team and contribute to international projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-driven professional with a strong background in .NET technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications and systems
- Collaborate with project teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions
- Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders in English to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide progress updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer with at least 5+ years of experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and other related technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
