شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Developer Team Lead who will be responsible for leading our fullstack development team, overseeing technical implementations, setting coding standards, and contributing to architectural decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Mentor and lead a team of full-stack developers (Frontend + Backend)
Perform regulars, provide feedback, and support the career development of team members
Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and ensure high code quality across the team
Ensure tasks are correctly prioritised and deliverables are met on time
Facilitate technical discussions and resolve blockers

Technical Execution

Contribute hands-on to complex development tasks across both frontend and backend
Own and manage the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering leads
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure software systems
Monitor performance, technical debt, and implement engineering best practices
Review and optimise CI/CD pipelines

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Other Development Teams to ensure cohesive delivery
Communicate clearly across cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical tasks
Document architectural decisions and tech processes

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills

6+ years of full-stack development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Expertise in both frontend (e.g., React, NextJS, Angular) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) frameworks
Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and system integration
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficient with modern CI/CD, Git workflows, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)

Leadership & Soft Skills

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred/Bonus Skills

Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment
Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Linear)
Knowledge of infrastructure as code, observability, and DevOps pipelines
Experience with performance optimisation and security best practices
