Job Title: IT Operations and Monitoring Team Lead (Front Office Team Leader)

Job Description:

Behparaz Hamrah Samaneh Aval, a subsidiary of Hamrah Aval, is a leader in IT and digital transformation. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled team lead to oversee IT operations and monitoring, ensuring 24/7 service continuity and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Front Office team to meet SLA targets and operational KPIs
Perform real-time service monitoring and incident management
Configure and maintain monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG)
Coordinate across teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
Develop SOPs and maintain incident documentation
Identify service gaps and implement continuous improvements
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in ITIL principles and incident lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Kubernetes, OpenShift Observability
Strong knowledge of Shell scripting and CCNA-level networking
Skilled in monitoring platforms and alerting configurations
Managerial Competencies:
Team leadership, performance evaluation, and task delegation
Service reporting and stakeholder communication
Operational process design and improvement mindset
Collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
