Join us as a full-time Product Designer to work with one of Paradigm Agency’s international clients on a long-term mission.
If you’re passionate about crafting visually refined, detail-driven design experiences and excited by the challenge of turning emerging technologies into intuitive, production-ready interfaces, this role is for you.

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking startup that’s reimagining the future of formal and organizational communication, with privacy, security, and trust at its core. The team is focused on transforming complex technical concepts into clear, user-centric tools that feel both powerful and approachable.

Your Role:

Create and implement design solutions for a Mobile app and Enterprise software.
Lead product discovery initiative, ensuring all the user requirements are being met.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and ewnhancements.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Craft exceptional user experiences that align with business objectives as well.
Maintain complex design systems for mobile and web.
Demonstrate proven experience with marketing websites and landing pages through your portfolio, showcasing your ability to engage users.
Contribute to developing and maintaining design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
Advocate for best practices in design and user experience within the organization.

Qualifications:

A track record in content and UI design, evidenced by a portfolio highlighting visually compelling, user-centered designs.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills for a dynamic work environment.
Excellent proficiency with Figma.
