We’re looking for a motivated and skilled WordPress Developer (Senior) to join our growing team!
If you're passionate about building custom themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and crafting powerful, scalable WordPress solutions — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
Customize existing templates and plugins based on business and client needs.
Maintain, update, and optimize existing WordPress websites for speed, security, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and fix technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
Ensure compliance with WordPress security best practices and technical SEO requirements.
Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement on-site optimizations (structured data, meta tags, etc.).
Develop and integrate with WordPress REST APIs and third-party APIs.
Analyze, monitor, and manage the performance of WordPress sites across different environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong command of WordPress core development, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid experience working with MySQL and writing advanced SQL queries.
Familiar with custom post types, taxonomies, and building dynamic content layouts.
Proficient in theme and plugin development, including customization of pre-built themes.
Hands-on experience with REST API integration in WordPress.
Experience implementing UI designs using Tailwind CSS and/or Bootstrap.
Familiar with WordPress SEO principles and best practices.
Skilled in site performance optimization: caching, asset optimization, lazy loading, CDN setup, etc.
Advanced experience with server management: Linux-based environments, NGINX/Apache configuration, SSH, SSL setup, managing cron jobs, and optimizing server performance.
Ability to manage hosting environments, domain/DNS configs, and troubleshoot server-side issues.

Bonus (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with ACF or JetEngine for dynamic content management.
Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
Working knowledge of Git/version control workflows.
Exposure to JavaScript frameworks like React is a plus.
Understanding of accessibility and internationalization best practices.
