At "Vency", we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset who is passionate about optimizing digital campaigns and growing brands in the online space. If you have experience in digital marketing and are always seeking new ways to increase engagement, conversion rates, and business growth, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies with a focus on growth and branding.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor the performance of digital channels and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
Manage and optimize SEO and SEM to increase organic traffic.
Execute content strategies, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Analyze marketing data, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and more.
Collaborate with design and content teams to execute engaging and targeted campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and increase user engagement.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in startups or the fintech/lendtech industry.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website optimization techniques.
Advanced data analysis skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BI Tools.
Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize costs for maximum impact.
Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Experience with graphic design tools and digital content creation is a plus.
