شرح موقعیت شغلی

Wallex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Golang to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, designing and developing scalable software solutions, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
Design and develop scalable and high-performance software solutions using Golang
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope
Architect and implement software systems following best practices and design patterns
Ensure code quality through code reviews and enforcing coding standards
Optimize software performance and scalability through profiling and performance tuning
Maintain documentation for developed solutions and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and drive innovation within the team

Requirements :

Extensive experience in software development using Golang
Proven experience in leading and managing development teams
Strong knowledge of software architecture and design principles
Experience with designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications
Proficiency in database systems, both relational and NoSQL
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with microservices architecture and relevant frameworks
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
