شرح موقعیت شغلی

About the Role

We are in search of a dynamic and innovative individual to help us manage and lead our organizational Jira. Furthermore, we expect this candidate to possess an understanding of agile methodologies, enabling them to work collaboratively with our technical teams as they transition towards a more agile framework.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize Jira configurations, workflows, and dashboards to support Agile processes.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the backlog effectively.
  • Track project progress, identify obstacles, and manage resolutions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide training and support to team members in using Jira and Agile methodologies.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, metrics, and updates to stakeholders.
 Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Jira experience, preferably in an agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in Jira configurations, including custom workflows and reports.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are a plus.
