شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're looking for a highly skilled and innovative Product Designer to join our team and make a significant impact on our user experience. You will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to launch, ensuring our products are both user-friendly and visually stunning.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design of new products and features, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the design meets user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve the product.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standards, using Figma.
  • Figma is a must-have skill.
  • Design for both web and mobile platforms, considering different screen sizes and devices.
  • Develop and implement design systems that maintain consistency and scalability in the design of the product.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize the design and improve key metrics, such as conversion rates or user engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the design process as appropriate.
  • Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior designers and share best practices to help the team grow and improve.
Requirements:


  • A proven track record of conducting successful A/B tests and making informed design decisions based on the results.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing design systems to maintain consistency and scalability in the design of a product.
  • A passion for design and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience designing for users and incorporating user feedback into design decisions.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • A portfolio that showcases their previous work, with a focus on successful projects for websites or products with a large user base.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma is essential.
  • Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus.
  • The ability to lead the design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and implementation.
  • The capability to develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process.
  • The ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standards.
  • The willingness to continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a full-time remote job, with 174 hours per month and your work will be tracked using the Time Doctor platform.
