The Role:
Are you a Back-End Python Engineer looking to grow your expertise in building scalable, high-performance systems?
Do you want to work on AI-driven healthcare platforms and collaborate with experienced teams to develop robust back-end solutions for medical data processing?
As a Mid-Level Back-End Python Engineer, you will contribute to developing and optimizing services and APIs that power our AI healthcare products. You'll work in a supportive environment where you can enhance your skills while making an impact on patient outcomes and medical research.

Essentials:
- Proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI
- Understanding of RESTful API development and integration
- Experience working with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, including ORM frameworks
- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitLab CI
- Knowledge of Celery for asynchronous task processing and Redis for caching
- Strong debugging, testing, and clean coding practices

Nice to Have:
- Exposure to medical data formats, particularly DICOM
- Understanding of microservices architecture and scalable back-end design
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable back-end systems using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and AI models.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to efficiently store and retrieve medical data.
- Assist in implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to streamline deployments and automation.
- Utilize Redis and Celery for caching and background task processing.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and front-end developers to build high-quality, efficient solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through testing and monitoring.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your skill set.
