• Basic familiarization with the customs procedures of exporting goods.
• Handle multiple commercial and procurement activities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with international transportation by Vessel, Truck, etc.
• Proficient in all matters of ordering and negotiating with shipping lines, international trade laws, customs affairs. (Oil derivatives and petrochemicals)
• Ability to issue export documents, e.g. proforma invoices, calculate the weight and volume of cargos and export containers.
• Proficient in logistics calculations (exact calculation of the space required for the load and shipping method).
• Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
• Find the best logistics solutions and follow the transfer procedures.
• Identify the root cause of any operational and process problems and devise appropriate resolutions.
• Cooperation with Financial team for keeping records updated
• Support the team by gathering, coordination, preparation, and delivery of information and ad-hoc reports.
• Contributes to the team effort by achieving related results when necessary
• Good knowledge of INCOTERMS.
• Availability on weekends for foreign correspondences.
• Team Player, Self-motivated, High discipline - Negotiation and effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
• Education: Bachelor degree or higher
• Fluent in English.
• Comprehensive ICDL skills
