Job Description


As a Senior Product Designer at DigiExpress, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment, where you will be challenged with on-site testing and quick iterations. Your ability to think on a product and business level will be invaluable in being negotiable and making impactful design decisions. Strong presentation skills will also be essential to communicate your design concepts effectively. You will be an integral part of our product working closely with our tech and product teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.

 Responsibilities


  •  Utilize your experience in product design to create innovative, easy-to-use, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Showcase strong UX skills, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of your design solutions.
  •  Work on and create design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency across our products.
  •  Present and deliver your work effectively to key stakeholders and product managers.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our tech team and front and back-end engineers to implement your designs.
  • Conduct on-site research and testing in a fast-paced environment to validate and refine your design solutions.
  • Embrace a fast-paced environment by designing quickly and being open to change and feedback.
  • Work with actual users to test your designs in real-world scenarios.

Required Qualifications


  •  At least 5 years of experience in product design.
  •  Proficiency in Figma.
  • Creative thinking, Attention to detail, User empathy, Collaboration and Communication, Problem-solving skills, Passion for learning, Time management, and Positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in logistics, delivery services, or admin panels is an asset, though not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
