شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fiber optic networks, with a focus on Optical Line Terminals (OLT), Broadband Remote Access Servers (BRAS), and Fiber Access Terminals (FAT).
Perform installation, configuration, and testing of OLT, BRAS, and FAT equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to fiber optic connectivity, transmission quality, and network performance using specialized tools and equipment.
Coordinate with network engineers and operations teams to plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations involving OLT, BRAS, and FAT equipment.
Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess the condition of fiber optic infrastructure and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Provide technical support and assistance to field technicians and contractors during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Document all maintenance activities, including equipment configurations, test results, and repair procedures, accurately and thoroughly in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance activities, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in fiber optic network maintenance, particularly related to OLT, BRAS, and FAT equipment.
