Key Responsibilities:


As the Senior HRBP at Ronad, you will play a pivotal role in:


  • Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Providing expert guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Leading and overseeing the execution of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Driving performance management processes and ensuring a high-performance culture.
  • Contributing to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Collaborating with leadership to design and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Providing mentorship and support to the HR team.
Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is highly desirable.
