شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Vency, we believe in the power of Agile methodologies to drive innovation and enhance project delivery. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams operate efficiently, collaboratively, and in alignment with Agile principles.

 

Responsibilities:

As our Scrum Master, you will:

  • Lead Agile Rituals: Be the linchpin of our Agile process, orchestrating and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other essential ceremonies. Your skill in keeping these meetings focused and productive will be instrumental in fostering team cohesion and achieving project success.
  • Workflow Oversight: Monitor project workflows during sprints, identifying bottlenecks and roadblocks. Collaborate with teams to remove obstacles and ensure smooth progress toward sprint goals.
  • Champion Agile Principles: Advocate for and ensure the application of core Agile principles, such as collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility. Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure project deliveries align with the overall company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Stakeholders, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Managers to plan releases and effectively manage product backlogs. Your ability to facilitate communication among diverse teams will contribute to the seamless execution of projects.
  • Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Gather and present relevant metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and support continuous improvement efforts. Use these insights to identify areas for enhancement and drive positive change within the teams.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Agile Expertise: An in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks is essential. Certification in Scrum Master or other Agile practices is highly desirable.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills are crucial to convey ideas, facilitate discussions, and provide clear direction to teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate the ability to foster collaboration among diverse team members.
  • Initiative: Be a self-starter who takes the initiative to drive projects forward, anticipates challenges, and proposes solutions.
  • Adaptability: Quickly learn and apply new skills, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines effectively.
  • Time Management: Possess the flexibility to manage multiple shifting priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
