Department: Supply Operations – Live Monitoring

Location: Tehran

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Live Monitoring Manager to lead our real-time operations function. You and your team will actively monitor network health, intervene in real time to fix imbalances, manage dispatch exceptions, and own the order fulfillment cycle from start to finish.

What You'll Do

- Monitor live network health and identify supply-demand imbalances in real time

- Execute real-time interventions, including activating peak/surge incentives within approved frameworks

- Manage and adjust dispatch/allocation policy exceptions (not algorithm design, but operational tuning)

- Manage operational incidents and own the order lifecycle through to completion

- Coordinate in real time with the city operations layer to execute interventions on the ground

- Provide structured feedback to the Product team to help improve dispatch algorithms

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (live operations, dispatch management, real-time logistics monitoring, or a related operational function)

Skills:

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis

- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting

- Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization

- Comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions under time pressure

- Strong incident management and cross-functional coordination skills

- Solid understanding of dispatch/allocation logic and order lifecycle management

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Grafana or similar real-time monitoring tools

- Prior experience in a live operations

- Familiarity with surge pricing or dynamic incentive mechanisms
